My Chromebook is Lost or Damaged
If your Chromebook needs repair:
- First, put in a help ticket.
- Be aware that parents/guardians are responsible for repair costs and payment must be made before the repaired device or a replacement device is issued, per the Chromebook Agreement.

If your Chromebook has been stolen, report the theft to the Help Desk at (512) 594-0212. File a police report within 3 days of the theft and provide the report to the campus to be issued a replacement device.
