My Charger is Lost or Damaged

If you lose your charger or it is damaged, you will need to fill out a help ticket first. The replacement cost for the loss of a charger is $25.00 and can be paid in the campus webstore. Fill out the form, including your help ticket number. Under Repair Payment, select Replacement Charger Fee.

We will deliver a replacement charger to the student within 72 hours.
